ABHINAV NIRMAN<\/strong> is an outcome of few social conscious and committed activists in Bihar who have a vision extend their services to humanity in making a meaningful social change in the lives of very disadvantaged, down trodden and weaker section of our society who have lack of opportunities in taking part in development processes. The organisation is working with its distinct goal to work towards upliftment of these vulnerable sections of Bihar with a special emphasis on women and children so that they can lead a life with dignity with no stigma attached. The organization is serving in the field of social development for last 5 years without making any short of discriminations among the beneficiaries at its various target locations. ABHINAV NIRMAN has a history of carrying the developmental efforts in most comprehensive manner so that it can get the optimum results in the minimal period of time. The organisation has a blend of individuals from Development Sector, Government Sector and corporate sectors. The Secretary, the president and two other members have been striving hard in shaping and nurturing the structure of this organisation and contributing in the programmes and activities continuously for the benefit of our target groups. The organization has representation of Secretary Mr. Abhishek Kumar Garg who has more than 10 years of grass root working experiences working with various International as well as National Level development organizations like World Health Organisation, EPOS-Health India, Geneva Global and UNICEF. While working he was able to perceive the larger picture and envisioned to integrate the issue of women and children.  Doing away with project mode and limited approach, he and the team developed an integrated approach.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\tABHINAV NIRMAN works for the Holistic development through its objectives which conflagrate the process of change towards the well being and prosperity among citizens of India by empowering underprivileged, most deprived and vulnerable sections of society with a special emphasis on children and women. In order to fulfill this broad aims and objects, AN is committed to undertake following activities:
\n\t<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. To develop proactive change agents who would work with empathy for the underprivileged sections of the society<\/li>\n
  2. To optimize the efficiency of government and other social programmes in terms of functioning and impact
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. To promote establishment of just and equitable society through the development of pressure groups by sensitization and awareness generation programmes among all sections of the society.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To work for guaranteeing rights of the children.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Empowering community based organisations (CBOs) and the poor among the rural communities to use impact monitoring for project management; and thus contributing to the sustainability of their project activities.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. To setup vocational training centers for SC\/ST\/OBC\/Women and the people living below Poverty line and to undertake opening\/administration of libraries, reading rooms.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. To plan, Promote, assist, and guide the Implementation of programs and activities of social and economics nature designed for people living below the poverty line and to get more and youth attached to such programs.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. To organize workshops, seminars, meeting conference lecture on various subjects and discipline
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  9. To undertake establishment and management of primary health centers, mobile vans, hospitals, clinics, dispensary, child welfare centers, orphanages, BAL ashrams and allied institutions.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  10. To motivate youths for setting of their own income generate units with available Govt schemes and organize entrepreneurship trainings for youths to make them successful entrepreneur with the soul object of decreasing level on unemployment.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  11. To undertake training and allied activities in relation to urban and rural development.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Work for uplifting the status of women in the society. To work against female circumcision and to fight against the victimization of girl \/women by anybody in the society on female circumcision or any other related issues.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  13. To help and generate training programme for self employment of women and educated unemployed people and to work for adult education.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  14. To create the means for providing medical assistance to the people suffering from diseases, especially for helpless people.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  15. To provide help to people suffering from Natural calamities such as flood, Earthquakes, motor accidents etc.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  16. To raise funds through collection, donation or subscription and other means and invest money or incur expenditure in such manner as shall promote the attainment of aims and objectives of WHERE NGO.
    \n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  17. Last but not the least, our aim is to provide a sustainable and lasting relief to people in distress and help them in their economic and social upliftment.
