Governing Body
The governing body is the apex decision-making body in ABHINAV NIRMAN. It regularly reviews and monitors the progress of the programmes and follows the participatory planning approach. We believe in formulating need based programmes with full involvement of the frontline workers of AN and the community we serve for which is implemented in a more strategic manner. Monthly, quarterly and annual progress report of each of our activities/ programmes are monitored and reviewed by the governing body.

Executive Committee
The Secretary is full time involved and is responsible for the effective programme execution, strategic planning of activities, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilisation  and potential networking and convergence. The other members meet on a quarterly basis and own responsibility for resource mobilization, planning and monitoring of programs. Also provide technical expertise whenever required.

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• The organisation has its registered office situated in Katihar.
• Branch offices at 3 out location units in different districts of Bihar.
• Computer division- Is in Process.    
• Power point presentation system.
• 24 hours contact service of Telephone and & internet  
• Two wheelers: 05 of our Community mobilisers are equipped with Bikes.
• 12 permanent Cycle: Village Animator equipped with bicycles.  
• Other infrastructure like Laptops and Computer in Office.
